Description
An animated photo of Vladimir Lenin that I found on Wikimedia, I decided to make it into a stamp.
Wikimedia allows the free usage of their photos, so while I do not own the original photo, the site does grant permission to use it.
While the original photo was on wikimedia, I did make it into a stamp. I keep getting notes asking did I make the stamp or did I just find it on another site and uploaded it. so.. I MADE THE STAMP.
